Measure the work. Not the person.

The short version

Root777 uses a small first-party measurement system to understand which public work is useful. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, analytics cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site identity.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable the browser measurement code.

What is measured

• The page path and public page title.
• The referring hostname when the browser provides one, plus explicit UTM campaign labels.
• A coarse device class: desktop, tablet, or mobile.
• The country code Cloudflare attaches at the edge; Root777 does not save the visitor’s IP address or user-agent string in its analytics database.
• Time while the page is visible and the maximum reading depth reached.
• When a visitor chooses an Apple App Store link, the source page, public App Store product ID and product label. The destination URL, account identity, installation, purchase, and activity after leaving Root777 are not observed.

Session boundaries

A random session identifier is kept in session storage for the life of the browser tab. It is not a cookie, does not follow you to other sites, and is not designed to identify a person across visits.

AI and crawler signals

Aggregate request information from Cloudflare is used to distinguish successful content delivery, redirects, denied reconnaissance, and browser engagement. AI provider names are inferred from claimable user-agent strings and are not presented as verified identity or proof that an AI system cited or recommended a page.

Attributed AI click-throughs use the referring hostname or an AI platform’s explicit campaign tag. Some apps and privacy controls suppress those signals, and a citation that produces no click is not observable from site analytics.

Recognized probes for credential files, configuration files, debug endpoints, or legacy server software are counted only when the request received a denied 4xx response. The count records an attempt, not the existence of the requested file.

Server-side outcomes are stored as 15-minute aggregate path counters for up to 180 days. They contain response class and recognized category labels, not IP addresses, request headers, or raw user-agent strings.

Retention and access

Raw first-party page-view records are retained for up to 180 days. The dashboard is private and protected by identity-aware access controls. Analytics credentials are server-side secrets and are never sent to site visitors.

Product privacy

This policy covers the root777.com website. Storage Insight has a separate product privacy policy because the shipped app has a different data boundary and does not inherit website analytics behavior.
