KIDS ART / SAFE USE & TERMS

Kids Art terms and safe-use rules

Kids Art is a parent-led creative and memory tool. These terms explain ownership, supervision, provider, backup, safe-use, and responsibility boundaries.

The agreement that applies

Authorized copies downloaded from the App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless App Store Connect displays a replacement custom agreement. These terms supplement that agreement with Kids Art-specific boundaries; they do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

A parent utility

Kids Art is designed for a parent or caregiver, with a parent-started Coloring Time surface for a child. The parent is responsible for supervising use, reviewing generated or imported material, choosing what is printed or shared, and deciding what family information is stored in the library.

Coloring Time is intended for a child passenger, never a driver. Do not operate the app while driving or in another situation that requires attention to safety.

Your family content

You retain the rights you hold in artwork, scans, notes, voice memories, prompts, and other family content you add to Kids Art. You grant root777 no ownership interest merely by storing that content locally in the app.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to import, print, share, or send content. Do not use Kids Art to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or to create unlawful, exploitative, hateful, sexual, or dangerous material involving children.

Kids Art and included materials

Kids Art, its source code, visual identity, interface, documentation, workflows, and included starter pages are proprietary to root777 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. An authorized copy may be used for personal and family purposes under the applicable end-user license.

No permission is granted to extract or resell included starter pages, copy or rebrand the app, publish its source materials, create a competing derivative product, or commercially exploit Kids Art except where applicable law expressly prevents that restriction or root777 agrees in writing.

Generated material requires review

Apple features and optional third-party providers can return inaccurate, unsuitable, incomplete, or rights-sensitive material. Kids Art requests family-friendly printable output but cannot guarantee a particular result. A parent must review every result before showing it to a child, printing it, saving it, or sharing it.

Do not treat generated material as educational, medical, legal, safety, or professional advice.

Third-party providers

Optional Parent Lab connections use a parent-provided API key and send approved text directly to the selected provider. That provider's terms, privacy practices, safety systems, model availability, retention, billing, quotas, and account rules apply independently. root777 does not control or reimburse provider charges and cannot guarantee continued compatibility.

Exports, backups, and other services

Kids Art is local first and is not a developer-operated backup or cloud-storage service. Complete backups are portable files that can contain family artwork, labels, notes, books, drafts, and voice memories. They are not encrypted by Kids Art. You are responsible for choosing a private destination, protecting exported copies, confirming a backup can be opened, and deleting copies from Photos, Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, email, printers, or other destinations when no longer wanted.

Availability, synchronization, printing, recovery, and retention provided by Apple, Google, an AI provider, a printer, or another third party are governed by that service and can change independently of Kids Art.

Free launch and future changes

Kids Art version 1.0 is offered as a free app. A future version may add or change optional features or pricing. Any App Store purchase would display its price and terms before authorization and remain subject to Apple's purchase controls.

Product ideas and feedback

Feedback is voluntary. Do not include confidential information, API keys, child photos, artwork, names, school information, voice recordings, or other family content. You may continue to use your own ideas independently.

By sending a product suggestion, you allow root777 to review, discuss, adapt, and use the suggestion to improve Kids Art without an obligation to implement it or pay compensation. This permission does not transfer ownership of family artwork or other content merely because it is stored locally in Kids Art.

Warranty and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kids Art is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, print quality, provider availability, synchronization, or recoverability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, root777 and the developer are not liable for lost content, failed backups, provider charges, printing costs, loss of use, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of Kids Art or reliance on generated material. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Changes, suspension, and contact

These terms may be updated for a future release when product behavior, law, or third-party requirements change. Material changes will receive a new effective date. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse, without intentionally preventing export of accessible family content where technically and legally feasible.

Questions about these terms can be sent to kidsart@root777.com. Do not include API keys, child photos, artwork, school information, voice recordings, or other family content.
