KIDS ART / SUPPORT
Help with printing, capture, backup, and Parent Access.
Choose the issue closest to what you see. Kids Art does not silently reset the local library, and basic navigation does not require Parent Access.

I need to return to the parent app
Tap the close button at the upper left on iPhone or iPad, or Exit on Mac. Leaving Coloring Time never requires a password, device credential, or math question.
A page does not fit the paper
Open the page preview and use Print or export the printable PDF. Confirm the paper size and scale in Apple's system print sheet before printing.
Camera or Photos access was denied
Use Files as an alternative, or open the device's system Settings to grant Camera or Photos access. Kids Art never requires full Photos access to keep one selected image.
A provider key will not save or generate
Open Settings, choose Parent Lab, complete Parent Access, and check the provider status. Keys stay in Apple Keychain. Provider billing, limits, availability, and retention are controlled by that provider.
I want to move or protect the library
Open Settings, choose Backup & Move, then export one complete backup through Files. iCloud Drive works directly; Google Drive appears after its app is installed and enabled as a Files location. Backups are not encrypted by Kids Art, so choose a private destination.
I want Kids Art to do something new
Open Parent Settings and choose Share a Product Idea. Kids Art prepares a text-only email for you to review. It never attaches artwork, diagnostics, device identifiers, keys, or library data.

Share the behavior, not family content.
- Kids Art version, device model, and system version
- The screen, visible message, and action immediately before it
- Whether the issue happens offline and after reopening the app
- For printing, the paper size and printer model without network details
